Get rejected ads fixed and back in review the same day
Every morning, WebRun opens Meta Ads Manager, filters ads to rejected and in review, reads the stated rejection reason for each one, works out which ad sets and campaigns are left with nothing running, posts the triage list to Microsoft Teams, and pings the buyer on Telegram when a live campaign has gone dark.

How do I find out which of my Meta ads were rejected overnight?
Every morning WebRun opens Meta Ads Manager, filters ads to rejected and in review, and records the stated reason for each rejection. It works out which ad sets are left with nothing able to deliver, posts the triage list to Microsoft Teams, and pings the buyer on Telegram, so fixes happen before the day is lost.
- Rejections are triaged before the morning stand-up, not at end of day
- Ads rejected for the same reason are grouped so one fix clears the batch
- Campaigns left with nothing able to deliver reach the buyer immediately

1
Meta Ads Manager - read rejections and review status
WebRun opens Meta Ads Manager to read rejections and review status. - Open Meta Ads Manager and filter ads by delivery status to find rejected ads and ads still in review
- Open each rejected ad and capture the stated reason and the policy it cites
- Roll the rejections up to their ad sets and campaigns, and mark any ad set with no approved ad left
Done when Every rejected ad has its reason recorded and its ad set marked.
-
2
Microsoft Teams - post the triage list
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the triage list. - Post one line per rejected ad with the campaign, the ad set and the stated reason
- Group ads rejected for the same reason so one fix covers the batch
- List the ads that have been sitting in review longer than a day underneath
Done when The buying team can see every rejection and its reason in Teams.
-
3
Telegram - ping the buyer on dark campaigns
WebRun opens Telegram to ping the buyer on dark campaigns. - Message the buyer when an ad set or campaign is left with nothing able to deliver
- Name the campaign, the daily budget it was holding and the reason
- Leave the edit and the resubmission to a person. WebRun never resubmits an ad for review
Done when The buyer knows which campaigns went dark overnight.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it edit or resubmit an ad by itself?
No. WebRun reads the rejection and reports it. Editing creative and submitting it back for review stay with the buyer, because a resubmission cannot be taken back.
Does it change budgets or pause anything?
No. It never touches budgets, bids, or the on and off switch. The only writes are the internal Teams post and your Telegram message.
What about ads stuck in review rather than rejected?
They are listed separately, with how long each has been waiting, so you can tell a slow review apart from a real policy problem.
