In short

How do I export and archive my Mentimeter session results each week?

WebRun signs in to Mentimeter every Friday, finds the presentations you ran that week, and exports each one's results into a dated Google Drive folder with an index. It then sends you a WhatsApp summary of participation per session, so live session data is archived instead of lost in the platform.

  • Every session's results are filed the week they happen, not months later
  • Participation numbers per session sit in one place so trends are visible
  • A repeated workshop gives you two comparable result sets instead of one

Questions, answered

Will it delete or reset my Mentimeter results?

No. WebRun only reads and exports. Resetting results, deleting a presentation, or clearing responses is never done by the run, so the original data stays intact in Mentimeter.

Who can see the archive?

Only the people who already have access to your Drive folder. WebRun files the exports into the folder you nominate and never changes its sharing settings.

What if I ran the same presentation twice?

Each run is filed separately under its own date, so a workshop delivered to two cohorts gives you two comparable result sets rather than one overwritten file.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
