Questions, answered
Will it send birthday messages to students automatically?
No. Every birthday message is drafted in Gmail and left unsent for staff to review and approve. Students only receive a message after a human decides to send it.
What if the school wants to include a birthday offer or discount?
The draft can be configured to include a special birthday offer, such as a free guest pass or a discount on the next month's tuition. Staff can adjust the offer in the draft before sending.
What if a student's birthday is not recorded in Kicksite?
WebRun can only find birthdays that are recorded. If a student's date of birth is missing, they will not appear in the daily run. The Slack reminder flags any students without a birthday on file so your team can collect the information.
