Will it send renewal emails to boaters without my approval?
No. Every renewal email is saved as a Gmail draft and held for your review. Nothing is sent to a boater until you open the draft and click Send yourself.
How far ahead does it look for expiring contracts?
It looks 60 days ahead by default, flagging anything within 14 days as urgent. You can adjust that window in your WebRun settings before the first run.
What if a boater has already told us they are not renewing?
Any contract marked as non-renewal or cancelled in Molo is skipped automatically each run, so your drafts only cover active renewal candidates.
