Questions, answered
How does it calculate available hours per technician?
WebRun uses the scheduled shift hours you configure for each technician. You can set a default working week (e.g. 40 hours) or per-technician values to get accurate utilization rates.
Can I see individual job details, not just totals?
The default report shows weekly totals per technician. If you need a job-by-job breakdown, WebRun can add a detail tab to the same Google Sheet alongside the summary.
Is revenue here the invoiced amount or the collected amount?
Revenue reflects the invoiced total for completed jobs in Housecall Pro for that week. Collected vs. outstanding is tracked separately in the overdue invoice workflow.
