In short

How do I automatically track and alert on limo fleet maintenance intervals?

Every Monday, WebRun reads current vehicle mileage from Moovs and cross-references each vehicle's service intervals in a Google Sheet to find anything overdue or within 500 miles and 14 days of an oil change, inspection, or registration renewal. A prioritized maintenance alert is then posted to your operations Slack channel so the fleet stays road-ready.

  • Overdue maintenance is flagged before a vehicle breaks down on a run
  • The operations team starts every week with a clear fleet health priority list
  • Registration and inspection lapses are caught before they create compliance issues

Questions, answered

How does it know each vehicle's service intervals?

It reads the service interval thresholds you set in the fleet maintenance Google Sheet, such as every 5,000 miles for an oil change, and compares them to the current mileage from Moovs.

What if a vehicle's mileage is not tracked in Moovs?

WebRun falls back to the date-based interval in the Google Sheet and flags the vehicle with a note that mileage is missing, so you can update the record manually.

Can it track registration renewals and inspections, not just oil changes?

Yes. The Google Sheet can hold any service type with its own interval. WebRun reads all rows for each vehicle and flags anything approaching its threshold, whether it is mileage-based or date-based.
