In short

How do I track upcoming renewal and admission deadlines in LeadSquared?

Every morning, WebRun opens LeadSquared and finds every lead or customer record with a renewal, admission, or policy deadline in the next two weeks, noting the date and owner for each. It logs the list to Airtable and keeps a matching Notion tracker current, so upcoming deadlines are visible with time to act instead of surfacing at the last minute.

  • Deadlines are visible with real lead time, not the day they are due
  • The tracker updates itself so no one checks LeadSquared by hand
  • Handled records drop off the list automatically

Questions, answered

Does it renew anything or change a record itself?

No. WebRun only reads deadline dates from LeadSquared to build the reminder list. Any renewal or record change is still done by your team.

How far ahead does it look?

Two weeks by default, so a record first appears on the tracker with enough lead time for the counselor or account owner to reach out before the deadline arrives.

What happens once a deadline passes or is handled?

It reads the live deadline date in LeadSquared each morning, so once a record is updated past its old deadline, it drops off the current tracker automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
