Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to customers automatically?
No. Every reminder is saved as a Gmail draft or queued in Twilio. WebRun never sends a message to a customer without your explicit approval.
How many days waiting triggers a reminder?
You set the threshold when you configure the workflow. The default is 3 days in Ready status, but you can raise or lower it to match your storage policy.
What if an order gets collected between runs?
CleanCloud is checked fresh each morning, so any order whose status has moved to Collected is skipped and no reminder is drafted for it.
