In short

How do I automatically get reorder alerts when laundry supplies run low?

WebRun checks CleanCloud every morning for consumable supplies at or below your reorder thresholds, logs the low-stock items to a Google Sheet, writes a draft purchase order, and posts a supply alert to Slack. No order is placed with a supplier until you review and approve the draft, preventing both stockouts and over-ordering.

  • Low supplies are flagged every morning before they cause an operational disruption
  • A ready-to-review draft PO is in Google Sheets within minutes of the run
  • Critically low items are highlighted in Slack so urgent reorders are never missed

Questions, answered

Will it place a supply order automatically?

No. WebRun drafts the purchase order in Google Sheets and alerts you in Slack. You review the draft and place the order with your supplier. Nothing is ordered without your approval.

Can it track multiple supply types like detergent, bags, and hangers?

Yes. Configure a reorder threshold and preferred supplier for each item once during setup and WebRun will monitor all of them on every run.

What if stock levels are all healthy?

It still logs the check to the Google Sheet but skips the Slack alert if no items are below threshold, so you are only notified when action is needed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
