In short

How do I automatically notify customers when their laundry order is ready?

WebRun monitors CleanCloud every few minutes for orders that reach Ready status, then drafts a personalised pickup notice in Gmail and queues an SMS via Twilio for each customer. No message reaches a customer until you approve it, keeping every outbound communication on-brand and error-free.

  • Customers get a personalised pickup notice within minutes of their order completing
  • No message goes out without your approval, removing costly send errors
  • Staff spend zero time manually texting or emailing order-ready alerts

Questions, answered

Will it text customers without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts every pickup notice and queues it for your review. Nothing is sent to a customer until you approve it.

What if the same order is picked up already?

It reads the live order status in CleanCloud each run, so any order that has moved back to a collected state is skipped automatically.

Can it handle both email and SMS notices?

Yes. WebRun drafts an email in Gmail and a queued SMS in Twilio for each order, so you can approve whichever channel suits each customer.

Put this on autopilot.
