Alert your team automatically when laundromat shifts need coverage
Every morning, WebRun opens Cents, reviews the staff schedule for the next 48 hours, identifies any uncovered shifts or locations that will be short-staffed, adds those slots to your manager's Google Calendar as action items, and sends an immediate Telegram alert so coverage can be arranged before the shift starts.

How do I get automatic alerts when laundromat shifts need coverage?
Every morning, WebRun scans the Cents staff schedule for the next 48 hours, finds any shift that is uncovered or short-staffed, adds those slots as action items to your manager's Google Calendar, and sends an instant Telegram alert with location and time details. Coverage gaps are surfaced before the morning briefing ends, not after a shift starts.
- Uncovered shifts are flagged before the morning briefing, not after a gap appears on the floor
- Managers have a calendar item for every open shift so nothing slips through
- Multi-location operators see all coverage gaps in one Telegram message
Built for laundromat owners · laundromat managers · multi-location laundry operators

Questions, answered
How far in advance does it check the schedule?
By default WebRun scans the next 48 hours each morning, giving you today and tomorrow's shifts. You can extend the lookback to 72 hours during setup.
Will it contact employees to fill the gap automatically?
No. WebRun alerts the manager and adds calendar items, but reaching out to available employees to cover the shift remains a manager action.
What if a gap is filled after the morning alert?
The next morning's run reads the latest schedule from Cents, so shifts filled since yesterday's alert will not appear as gaps again.
