In short

How do I automatically route laundromat pickup and wash-dry-fold orders to staff?

The moment a pickup/delivery or wash-dry-fold order is confirmed in Cents, WebRun reads the zone and service type, applies your routing rules to pick the right driver or attendant, sends them the details in Slack, and adds the slot to their Google Calendar. Orders are dispatched in seconds with no manager intervention needed.

  • Every new order is assigned to a staff member in seconds, not minutes
  • Unassigned orders are flagged immediately instead of slipping through
  • Drivers and attendants have order details in Slack and on their calendar before they leave the store

Questions, answered

How does it decide which driver or attendant to assign?

It applies the routing rules you configure during setup, such as zone-to-driver mapping or round-robin assignment, and checks current calendar availability before assigning.

What happens if no staff member is available for a slot?

WebRun posts an unassigned-order alert to the dispatch Slack channel so a manager can handle the assignment manually. It never leaves an order silently unrouted.

Does it send any messages to the customer?

No. WebRun only notifies internal staff via Slack and Calendar. Customer-facing order status updates remain managed through Cents' own customer notifications.

Put this on autopilot.
