How do I automatically triage and reply to negative laundromat reviews?
Every morning, WebRun scans your Google and Yelp listings for reviews under 4 stars, looks up matching Cents order context, drafts a professional owner reply, and posts both the review and the draft to Slack for approval. Nothing is posted publicly until a manager signs off, so every complaint gets a thoughtful, timely response.
- No negative review goes unanswered or sits unnoticed for days
- Draft replies are ready for approval the same morning the review appears
- Order context from Cents makes every reply feel personal, not canned

Questions, answered
Will it post the reply to Google or Yelp without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts the reply and queues it in Slack. The owner or manager must approve the text before it is posted publicly on any review platform.
How does it handle reviews that mention a specific order?
WebRun looks up matching recent orders in Cents to add context to the reply. If no match is found, it drafts a general empathetic response so you still have something to work with.
What counts as a negative review?
By default, any review under 4 stars is flagged. You can adjust the threshold during setup if you want to catch all 4-star reviews as well.
