Will it text leads without approval?
No. Every SMS is queued in Twilio and waits for the owning rep to approve it. WebRun writes the message and stops there, so no lead receives a text until a human releases it.
Does it move deals or change stages in Kommo?
No. It reads the pipeline only. Lead stages, values, owners, and tasks are never edited, so your pipeline reporting is unaffected.
What about leads that came in overnight?
