Make sure tomorrow's meetings actually have a join link

Every evening, WebRun signs in to join.me and confirms your meeting links are live and correctly named, then walks tomorrow's Google Calendar events to check every meeting that needs a link actually carries one. It sends you a Telegram list of meetings with a missing, broken, or mismatched link while there is still time to fix them.

In short

How do I check tomorrow's meetings all have a working join link?

WebRun checks your join.me meeting links every evening and compares them against tomorrow's Google Calendar events, flagging any meeting with a missing, mismatched, or dead link. It sends you the list on Telegram before the day starts, editing no invitations itself.

  • Meetings stop starting five minutes late while someone hunts for a link
  • Links belonging to people who left are caught the night before
  • A clean night reads as clean, so the check is worth reading

Questions, answered

Will it edit my calendar invitations?

No. WebRun never edits an event, adds a link, or messages the guests, because changing an invitation sends an update to everyone on it. It reports the gap and you fix the invitation yourself.

Does it join or start any meetings?

No. It only checks that your join.me links exist and are active. It never starts a meeting, joins one, records anything, or ends a session in progress.

What counts as a broken link?

A meeting with no link at all, a link that does not match one of your live join.me links, or a link belonging to a host who has left. All three are listed separately in the Telegram message.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
