Does it record or transcribe the meeting?
No. WebRun notes who is present and the start time. It does not record audio or video, and it does not capture what was said.
Where does the expected attendee list come from?
From the session page you already keep in Notion. WebRun compares the room against that roster, so the no-show list reflects who was actually meant to be there.
