Follow up on open IP service quotes before they go cold
Every morning, WebRun checks Gmail for quotes sent to prospective clients three or more days ago with no reply, drafts a polite follow-up email for each open quote, and logs the prospect's estimated matter value in Stripe. All follow-up emails are left as drafts for the attorney to review before sending.

How do I automatically follow up on unanswered IP service quotes?
Every morning, WebRun scans Gmail for IP service quotes sent three or more days ago with no reply, drafts a polite follow-up for each in Gmail Drafts, and logs the estimated matter value in Stripe so the pipeline stays current. Every draft awaits attorney review before it is sent to the prospect.
- No quote goes cold through neglect: every unanswered proposal gets a timely follow-up draft
- Attorneys spend seconds approving a draft rather than minutes composing from scratch
- Stripe pipeline values stay current without manual entry

Questions, answered
Will it email the prospect without my approval?
No. Every follow-up is drafted and left unsent in Gmail Drafts. The attorney opens the draft, personalises it if needed, and clicks Send. No prospect receives an email without human sign-off.
How does it know a quote has had no reply?
It checks the Gmail thread for any inbound reply after the quote was sent. If the thread has only outbound messages, the quote is flagged as unanswered.
What if the prospect already replied through a different channel?
If a reply came by phone or in person, the attorney can delete the draft or mark the thread as replied in Gmail. WebRun will skip it on the next run.
