Keep a running record of hosting invoices and what they renew

Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Infomaniak, reads the invoices raised since the last run with the products and domains each one covers, finds the matching invoice email in Gmail and files it under your accounts label, then posts Slack an itemised list of what was billed, what it renews, and what is due next.

In short

How do I keep a record of hosting invoices and what each one renews?

WebRun signs in to Infomaniak every Monday, reads each invoice with the products and domains it renews, and files the matching email in Gmail under your accounts label. It then posts Slack an itemised list with amounts, renewal dates, and payment status, so hosting costs are already broken out at month end.

  • Hosting costs are itemised before month end, not dug out invoice by invoice
  • Every invoice email sits under one label for the bookkeeper
  • Renewals inside thirty days are named before they bill

Questions, answered

Will it pay an invoice or renew a product?

No. WebRun reads the invoice list and files the emails. Paying, renewing, and cancelling stay manual steps, so no card is charged and no service lapses because of an automation.

Does it delete or reply to any email?

No. In Gmail it only searches for the matching invoice email and applies your accounts label. Nothing is deleted, archived, replied to, or forwarded.

What if an invoice has no email to match?

WebRun flags it in the Slack post as missing its original, so you know to download it from Infomaniak rather than assume the bookkeeper already has it.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
