Watch registrations against target as the event nears
Every morning, WebRun opens Hubilo, reads the registration count for each upcoming event by ticket type, records yesterday's signups and the days left in Airtable, works out whether the pace still reaches your target, and drafts a stakeholder update in Gmail whenever the event falls behind.

How do I track event registrations against my target?
WebRun tracks your Hubilo registrations every morning. It reads the count for each upcoming event by ticket type, records yesterday's signups and the days remaining in Airtable, judges whether the pace reaches your target, and drafts a stakeholder update in Gmail when an event falls behind.
- The shortfall to target is a number every morning, not a feeling
- A push campaign starts with days left to work, not the week of the event
- Stakeholder updates are drafted and wait for a human to send

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email registrants or attendees?
No. The only message it writes is an internal update to your stakeholders, and it is left unsent in Gmail drafts. Nothing reaches the attendee list without a person sending it.
How does it judge pace?
It compares the daily signups recorded in Airtable against the target and the days remaining, then reports the shortfall as a number, so a push campaign can be sized rather than guessed.
Can it track more than one event?
Yes. Every upcoming event gets its own row per day with its own target and countdown, so a season of webinars and one large conference can be read side by side.
