Flag and follow up on every missed hospice visit
Every morning, WebRun opens WellSky, identifies visits from the prior day that were scheduled but not documented as completed, logs each missed visit with patient, discipline, and reason to Google Sheets, and alerts the scheduling team in Slack so follow-up happens the same day.

How do I automatically identify and follow up on missed hospice visits?
WebRun scans WellSky each morning for visits scheduled the prior day that have no completion record, logs each missed visit to a Google Sheet with patient identifier, discipline, and clinician, and posts a count and link to the hospice scheduling team in Slack so same-day recovery begins immediately.
- Missed visits surfaced and logged before the business day starts
- Scheduling team gets a same-day Slack alert with a link to the full log
- PHI kept out of Slack; patient identifiers used instead

Questions, answered
Does it contact the patient or family about a missed visit?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack alert and logs to Google Sheets. Any outreach to patients or families must be initiated and approved by your care team.
Does it include protected health information in Slack?
No. The Slack message uses patient identifiers only. Full details including names are kept in Google Sheets, which is accessible only to authorized staff.
What if the visit was cancelled, not missed?
WebRun filters for visits with no completion status and no cancellation record in WellSky, so properly cancelled visits are excluded from the missed visit count.
