How do I automatically track home health recertification deadlines?
WebRun opens Axxess every morning and finds every patient whose 60-day recertification window closes within 14 days. It updates your Google Sheets tracker with current deadlines and clinician assignments, then posts a prioritized Slack digest so the clinical team always knows who needs recertification action first.
- No recertification deadline is missed because it was not seen in time
- Clinicians see a prioritized daily list sorted by days remaining
- Discharged patients are excluded automatically so the list stays clean

Questions, answered
Will it submit or complete the recertification paperwork in Axxess?
No. WebRun only reads recertification deadlines and updates the tracking sheet. Completing or submitting OASIS and recertification documents in Axxess remains the clinician's responsibility. WebRun surfaces who needs action, not taking it.
How far in advance does it start flagging a recertification?
By default it flags episodes ending within 14 days, giving the clinical team two weeks to prepare. You can adjust the window to 21 or 30 days if your workflow needs more lead time.
What if a patient is discharged before their recert window closes?
WebRun reads live episode status from Axxess on each run. Discharged patients are excluded automatically, so the tracker and Slack digest only show active patients who actually need recertification.
