In short

How do I get alerted when a caregiver misses a clock-in for a scheduled visit?

WebRun checks AxisCare every hour for scheduled visits that have passed their start time with no EVV clock-in recorded. It posts an urgent internal Slack alert naming the caregiver, client, and elapsed time so coordinators can intervene immediately. No messages are sent to caregivers or clients.

  • Missed visits are caught within the hour, not at end of day
  • Coordinators have caregiver and client names before calling
  • Client safety gaps are closed faster with real-time Slack alerts

Questions, answered

Does it contact the caregiver or client directly?

No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack alert for your coordinators to action. All outreach to the caregiver or family is handled by your team, keeping protected health information inside your agency.

What counts as a missed clock-in?

Any scheduled visit whose EVV clock-in has not been recorded in AxisCare by the time WebRun runs its hourly check. The alert includes how many minutes have elapsed since the scheduled start.

Will it send duplicate alerts for the same visit every hour?

No. Each visit is flagged once. If it remains unchecked in subsequent runs, the alert is only refreshed if the status changes, so coordinators are not flooded with repeated notices.
