How do I review new candidate matches for my open roles each day?
WebRun collects your new Hired candidate matches every morning. It opens each active role, captures the skills, location and salary expectation of every match that appeared overnight, adds each to your Airtable pipeline at stage New match, and posts a ranked shortlist to your Telegram hiring channel.
- New matches are triaged the morning they appear, not days later
- Your Airtable pipeline stays complete without manual copying
- Strongest fits sit at the top of the list, so outreach starts there

Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact candidates for me?
No. WebRun collects matches and lists them internally. It never sends an interview request, never messages a candidate and never declines one, so every approach comes from a recruiter.
How does it decide the order of the shortlist?
By your own must-have list. You tell WebRun the skills, experience range and salary band that matter for each role, and candidates matching more of them appear higher in the post.
Will the same candidate show up twice?
No. WebRun checks the Airtable pipeline before adding a row, so a candidate already in your base is skipped and each morning shortlist is genuinely new.
