In short

How do I get a daily summary of new Helpshift issues?

WebRun reviews every new Helpshift issue from your mobile apps each morning, groups them by app version and topic to spot wider bugs, and exports the full open queue to Google Sheets. It then emails your support lead an internal summary of the highest priority issues, so nothing from overnight gets missed at the start of the day.

  • Support leads start the day with a ranked list instead of a raw queue
  • Repeat issues across app versions get flagged instead of buried
  • The full queue is always available in Google Sheets for deeper review

Questions, answered

Does the summary email go to app users or customers?

No. It only goes to your internal support lead's inbox. WebRun never contacts your app's end users directly.

What counts as a wider bug worth flagging?

Multiple issues reported around the same app version, device, or feature in the same 24 hour window. Those get called out separately so they are not lost in the individual issue list.

Can I see the full queue, not just the summary?

Yes. The Google Sheets export includes every open issue, not just the ones highlighted in the email, so you always have the complete picture.

Put this on autopilot.
