Score your team's sales outreach every week

Every Monday, WebRun opens Groove, reads last week's outreach activity for each rep including emails sent, calls logged, flow steps completed and meetings booked, writes a dated scorecard file to Google Drive, and appends one row per rep to an Airtable table so trends build up week over week.

In short

How do I report on my sales team's outreach activity each week?

WebRun builds your sales outreach scorecard every Monday. It reads last week's emails, calls, flow steps and meetings per rep in Groove, saves a dated scorecard file to Google Drive, and appends the numbers to Airtable, so coaching conversations start from data instead of guesswork.

  • Monday one to ones start with the real activity numbers
  • Week over week trends build automatically in Airtable
  • Nobody spends an hour rebuilding the same report by hand

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.groove.co in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Groove - pull last week's activity per rep
    groove.co

    • Open Groove and set the reporting window to last week
    • For each rep, capture emails sent, calls logged, flow steps completed and meetings booked
    • Note how many active flows each rep is running and how many steps are overdue
    • Record reply and connect rates where Groove shows them

Done when Last week's activity numbers are captured for every rep.

    • Create a dated scorecard file for the week just ended
    • Lay it out one row per rep with the activity columns and a team total line
    • Call out the biggest movers up and down against the previous week

Done when This week's scorecard file is saved in the Drive folder with the week in its name.

  4. 3
Airtable - keep the running history
    airtable.com How to Automate Airtable
WebRun in Airtable: keep the running history
WebRun opens Airtable to keep the running history.
    • Open your sales activity base in Airtable
    • Append one row per rep for the week with every captured metric
    • Link each row to the rep record so the history builds per person
    • Skip the week if a row already exists so numbers are never double counted

Done when Airtable holds one row per rep for the completed week.

Questions, answered

Will it send emails or start flows in Groove?

No. WebRun only reads reporting numbers out of Groove. It never sends an email, never enrolls a prospect in a flow and never edits a record, so the workflow cannot touch a live sequence.

Which metrics land in the scorecard?

Emails sent, calls logged, flow steps completed and meetings booked per rep, plus reply and connect rates where Groove reports them. Tell WebRun which columns you care about and it uses those.

What if I run the workflow twice in a week?

Nothing is double counted. WebRun checks Airtable for an existing row for that week and rep before appending, so a second run just refreshes the Drive file.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
