Questions, answered
Will it confirm or modify the order with the customer automatically?
No. WebRun routes orders to the pick team for fulfillment. Any customer communication about substitutions or changes is handled by your staff.
How does it know which pick zone handles which products?
You configure the zone mapping during setup, listing which CATAPULT departments belong to each pick zone (grocery, produce, deli, frozen). WebRun uses that map on every order.
What if an order spans multiple pick zones?
WebRun posts a separate pick assignment to each relevant zone channel and links them by order number, so each team picks only their section without overlap.
