Watch registrations against the days left before you go live
Every morning, WebRun signs in to GoTo Webinar, reads the registration count on every upcoming session, works out how many days are left before each one and how yesterday's sign ups compare with the pace needed, records the numbers in Airtable, and texts you through Twilio when a session is tracking behind its target.

How do I track webinar registrations against the event date?
WebRun checks GoTo Webinar every morning, reads the registration count on each upcoming session, and compares it against the days left before the session date. It logs the daily pace in Airtable and texts you through Twilio when a webinar is tracking behind, while there is still time to promote it.
- A short session is flagged days out, not the morning of the event
- The registration curve is recorded daily instead of checked at the end
- Another promotion push happens while it can still move the number

Questions, answered
Will it email registrants or send a promotion?
No. WebRun reads the numbers and alerts you. It never emails a registrant, sends a reminder, or publishes a promotion, so every message to your audience is still written and sent by a person.
How does it know what the target is?
You set a registration target per session during setup. WebRun compares the current count and the daily rate against that target and the days remaining, so the alert reflects your own goal.
Can it change my session settings?
No. It checks that the registration page is live and reminders are scheduled, then reports what it saw. Editing a session, its emails, or its date stays with you.
