Questions, answered

Does WebRun share the recording with the customer?

No. It saves the recording to your internal Drive folder and hands it to your account owner in Slack. Any customer sharing is a decision your team makes.

What if a session was not recorded?

The handoff summary still posts noting attendees and topic, it just does not include a recording link, so the account owner still knows the call happened.

How is the account owner identified?

From the meeting's attendee list matched against your CRM or team roster, so the handoff always goes to whoever owns that account.
