In short

How do I stop overdue tasks piling up in Google Tasks?

WebRun opens Google Tasks every morning, reads every list for items due today and anything already past its date, and works out how long each overdue task has slipped. It posts today's plan and the overdue pile to Slack, then sends you a Telegram nudge naming the three oldest items.

  • Today's plan lands before the first meeting
  • Tasks that have slipped for weeks stop hiding at the bottom
  • Repeatedly rescheduled work gets named so it can be dropped or delegated

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Done when You have a three-item nudge for the tasks that have waited longest.

Questions, answered

Will it complete or delete my tasks?

No. WebRun reads your Google Tasks lists only. It never ticks off, edits, reschedules, or deletes a task. Every change stays yours to make.

Why only three items in the Telegram nudge?

A long overdue list gets skimmed and ignored. Naming the three oldest tasks with their slip in days keeps the nudge short enough that you act on it.

Does it cover all my task lists?

Yes. It walks every list on your Google Tasks account and groups the daily plan by list, or you can name specific lists and it ignores the rest.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
