Chase the shared checklists nobody finished today
Every night, WebRun opens Google Keep, reads the shared checklists your team works from, finds the items still unticked at end of day, notes which collaborator owns each list, sends you the gaps in Telegram, and posts a handover note to Microsoft Teams so the next shift starts knowing what was left.

How do I check which shift checklist items were left unfinished?
WebRun reads your shared Google Keep checklists every night and finds the items still unticked at end of day, with the collaborators on each list named. It sends the supervisor the gaps in Telegram and posts a handover note to Microsoft Teams so the next shift sees what was left.
- Missed closing items are caught the same night, not next morning
- Every outstanding item carries the names on that list
- Items carried over repeatedly get flagged instead of quietly repeating
Built for shift supervisors · retail managers · hospitality operators · facilities teams · small operations teams
What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Microsoft Teams - post the handover note

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it tick items off for me?
No. WebRun reads the checklists and reports what is outstanding. Ticking an item stays with the person who did the work, so the record keeps meaning something.
Does it message staff directly?
No. It sends the supervisor a Telegram summary and posts a handover note to your internal Teams channel. It never messages an individual staff member.
Which lists does it read?
Only the shared checklists carrying the label you nominate at setup. Personal notes and any list without that label are never opened.
