Does it send an alert for every item, or only critical ones?
Only items at or below the reorder threshold you set in your Google Sheet are flagged. You control the threshold per ingredient, so minor dips in non-critical stock do not generate noise.
Will it send repeated alerts if we do not reorder straight away?
It alerts once per low-stock event. If the quantity is still below threshold on the next check and nothing has changed, it stays quiet to avoid repeated pings for the same item.
Does it place reorders automatically?
No. WebRun sends the alert to your kitchen manager, who places the reorder. Purchasing is a human decision and nothing is ordered on your behalf.
