In short

How do I track daily Getaround bookings and returns across multiple cars?

WebRun checks Getaround every morning for new bookings and the day's pickups and returns across your fleet, posts a daily digest to Slack, and sends a Telegram alert whenever a return is due within the hour. It never accepts a booking or messages a guest itself, so a host always knows which cars need attention next.

  • Every pickup and return is visible before the day starts
  • Imminent returns get their own alert instead of being buried in a digest
  • No guest is ever contacted or booking accepted without you

Questions, answered

Does WebRun accept or decline booking requests?

No. It only reads bookings that already exist on Getaround and reports on them. Accepting, declining, or messaging a guest is always your decision.

Does it message guests about their return time?

No. Both the Slack digest and the Telegram alert go only to you. WebRun never contacts a guest directly.

Why get a separate alert for returns instead of just the daily digest?

So you have time to prepare for a handoff or cleaning before the car is actually due back, not just a summary at the start of the day.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
