Questions, answered

What happens if no technician is available for a new job?

The job is flagged in the Google Sheets log and highlighted in Slack so your dispatcher can manually assign it. WebRun never leaves a job silently unrouted.

Does it notify the customer about their assignment?

No. Customer-facing notifications are not sent automatically. WebRun handles internal routing only; any message to the customer is drafted for your team to review and send.

Can I customize which technician gets which job type?

Yes. You configure the matching rules once during setup, such as assigning spring jobs to senior techs, and WebRun applies those rules on every new intake.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
