Does this notify the patient about their result?
No. It only updates an internal Google Sheets tracker for your care team. Any decision to contact the patient about a result is made and carried out by your provider, never by WebRun.
How does it decide what's trending worse?
It compares the new flagged value against that same patient's most recent prior result for the same biomarker in Cerbo. If there's no prior draw to compare, it's logged as new instead of trending.
How is this different from a general daily lab digest?
This only tracks biomarkers flagged outside their reference range, checked every 30 minutes and ranked by severity and trend, so a critical flag surfaces within the hour instead of waiting for a once a day summary.
