How do I find out what customers keep contacting support about?
WebRun tells you what your customers keep asking. Each morning it reads the Freshchat conversations closed yesterday, groups them into counted themes with an example each, files the report in Google Drive with a seven-day trend, and sends the top themes to your Telegram support channel.
- The reasons customers contact you are visible every morning
- Growing themes surface before they flood the queue
- Help article priorities come from real counts, not hunches

Questions, answered
Will it reply to customers in Freshchat?
No. WebRun only reads closed conversations and reports themes internally. It never sends a message to a customer, never reopens a conversation, and never changes an agent's reply.
Does the report include customer details?
No. WebRun records themes, counts, and an anonymised example question. Customer names, email addresses, and phone numbers are left out of both the Drive report and the Telegram digest.
How does it decide what a theme is?
It reads the opening question of each conversation and groups the ones asking the same thing. Give WebRun your own theme list, such as your help centre categories, and it sorts into those instead.
