Flag stalls whose sales fell short of their rent threshold

Every Monday, WebRun opens Hallpass, reads each stall's prior-week sales, pulls each vendor's rent breakpoint from your Google Sheet, works out which stalls sold below the level their lease expects, and posts a ranked Slack list of the shortfalls so you can act early.

In short

How do I automatically flag food hall stalls that sold below their rent threshold?

Every Monday, WebRun reads each stall's weekly sales in Hallpass and compares them to that vendor's rent breakpoint in your Google Sheet. It then posts a ranked Slack list of the stalls that came in under threshold, largest shortfalls first, so your team spots at-risk vendors weeks before rent falls due.

  • At-risk stalls surface weeks before rent shortfalls hit your books
  • Every vendor's sales checked against its own lease threshold each week
  • One-off slow weeks are separated from genuine downward trends

Questions, answered

Does it contact the vendor about the shortfall?

No. This posts an internal Slack digest for your management team only. It never messages a vendor. You decide whether and how to raise a shortfall with each stall.

Where do the rent thresholds come from?

From your own Google Sheet of lease terms, listing each vendor's rent breakpoint or minimum sales target. WebRun reads that sheet each week and compares live sales against it.

Can it tell a one-off dip from a real decline?

Yes. WebRun reads the trailing few weeks per stall and highlights any vendor short two weeks running, so a single slow week is separated from a genuine downward trend.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
