Turn every completed install into a five-star review
Every morning, WebRun scans RFMS for installations completed three days ago and checks whether a review request has already been sent. For eligible jobs, it drafts a warm review request email to the customer linking to your Google Business profile, then posts a Slack alert for your team to approve before anything is sent.

How do I automatically ask for reviews after flooring installations?
Three days after each flooring installation is completed in RFMS, WebRun drafts a warm, personalized review request email in Gmail linking to your Google Business profile. Your team reviews each draft in Slack before it is sent, so every happy customer gets a timely, personal ask without manual effort.
- Every completed installation triggers a review request draft within days, not weeks
- Review requests are personal and reference the specific product installed, not generic templates

Questions, answered
Will it contact customers for a review without my approval?
No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft and listed in Slack for your team to approve. Nothing reaches the customer until a team member reviews and sends the draft.
How does it avoid sending duplicate review requests to the same customer?
WebRun checks the RFMS customer record each run. If a review request has already been noted, that job is excluded from the draft batch automatically.
Can it link to platforms other than Google, like Houzz or Yelp?
The default draft links to your Google Business profile. You can add your Houzz, Yelp, or other review page links to the template so the draft includes whichever platforms matter most to your business.
