Will it move or delete allocations in Float?
No. WebRun reports the clash and leaves the schedule alone. A scheduler decides whether the work moves, someone else picks it up, or the leave changes.
Does it message the person who is away?
No. The clash list goes to your internal scheduling group only. Nobody on leave is contacted, and no client hears anything.
How far ahead does it look?
Two weeks by default, which is usually enough time to move work before a client is promised a day nobody is working. You can widen the window when you turn it on.
