Where does the daily cost rate per vehicle come from?
You provide your daily cost rate per vehicle class during WebRun setup, such as revenue-per-day for trucks or lease cost for vans, and WebRun applies it to the downtime days from Fleetio.
Does it include planned maintenance downtime as well as unplanned breakdowns?
Yes. It captures all downtime reasons logged in Fleetio, and the report breaks them out by reason so you can see the split between planned PM downtime and unplanned failures.
Can the report go to a manager via email instead of Slack?
The default delivery is Slack. If you need email delivery, a draft email version is prepared for human review and sending rather than auto-sending, to keep customer-facing messages under your control.
