Questions, answered
Will it message the client for us?
No. WebRun only flags who's gone quiet and drafts a note for the coach. Sending the actual check-in message is done by the coach personally.
How many missed weeks triggers a flag?
A client is flagged after zero logged workouts in a week, and the note in Notion notes how many consecutive weeks that's been true.
Does it read the content of a client's workouts?
It only counts whether a workout was logged, not the exercises, weights, or notes inside it, since that level of detail isn't needed to spot a gap.
