WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it email fund administrators without my approval?
No. Every chase email is saved as a Gmail draft. Nothing is sent to a fund administrator until a team member reviews the draft and clicks Send.
How does it know a document is missing?
It checks each capital call and distribution entry in Addepar for an attached notice or document. Entries with no attachment and no linked file are flagged as undocumented.
What if a document arrives after the Monday run?
Next Monday's run re-scans all open items. Once the document is attached in Addepar, the entry is removed from the exception list automatically.
