Does it restart the line or change anything on the floor?
No. WebRun only reads line status from CyFrame's monitoring and logs it. It has no way to restart a line, change a setting, or dispatch maintenance. A person still responds to every stop.
How fast does a stop show up in the log?
Within a few minutes of CyFrame showing the line as stopped, since that is how often WebRun checks. You can run it more often if you need a tighter window.
What if a line stops and starts again quickly?
It is still logged with its start and stop time. Short stops matter for total downtime, so nothing under a few minutes is filtered out.
