In short

How do I track and export my eToro portfolio performance every week?

WebRun reads your full eToro portfolio every Friday, including any traders you copy through CopyTrader, and logs each position with its return to an Airtable tracker. It also drafts a plain-language summary email in Gmail and leaves it unsent, so you get a running performance record and a ready-to-send update without doing the reading yourself.

  • A full performance history builds in Airtable without a single manual export
  • You always have a ready-to-send summary instead of writing one from memory
  • Underperforming copied traders show up in the weekly numbers instead of staying hidden

Questions, answered

Does WebRun start or stop copying a trader on eToro?

No. WebRun only reads your existing positions and CopyTrader allocations and reports on them. It never opens or closes a position, and it never starts or stops copying anyone.

Why is the email left as a draft instead of sent?

So a human always reviews it first. WebRun drafts the summary in Gmail and leaves it unsent, ready for you to edit, forward to an advisor, or send yourself.

Does the Airtable log include closed positions?

It logs whatever is open in your portfolio at the time of each weekly run, so closed positions stop appearing in new rows but stay in the historical record already logged.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
