Prepare heir distribution statements for executor review automatically
Every month, WebRun opens EstateExec, reads each beneficiary's distribution history for the period, compiles a formal distribution statement for each heir in DocuSign as a draft, and notifies the executor via Slack that the statements are ready for review before any are sent to beneficiaries.

How do I automatically prepare distribution statements for estate beneficiaries?
At the start of each month, WebRun reads each beneficiary's distribution history in EstateExec, creates a formal distribution statement for each heir as a DocuSign draft pre-filled with their amounts and dates, and alerts the executor in Slack that the statements are ready to review. No statement reaches a beneficiary without explicit executor approval.
- Monthly distribution statements are drafted and ready for review on the first of each month
- No heir receives a statement until the executor reviews and approves it
- Each statement is pre-filled from EstateExec data so manual document preparation is eliminated

Questions, answered
Will it send distribution statements to beneficiaries automatically?
No. Every statement is created as a DocuSign draft and held for the executor to review and approve. No beneficiary receives any statement until you explicitly release it.
What information appears in each statement?
Each statement includes the beneficiary's name, their relationship to the estate, a line-by-line list of distributions for the period with dates and amounts, and the total distributed to date.
What if a beneficiary's distribution total is zero for the period?
Beneficiaries with no distributions in the period are not included in the draft batch. WebRun only creates statements for heirs who received at least one distribution during the reporting window.
