Questions, answered

Will it contact lessees about their delinquency risk?

No. WebRun posts the risk worklist internally to your team via Telegram and Sheets only. No communication is sent to lessees.

How is the risk score calculated?

The score weights aging bucket most heavily, then number of missed payments in the last six months, and outstanding balance. You can adjust the weights to match your credit policy.

Can it track if a high-risk account is resolved the following week?

Yes. The Google Sheets log retains prior-week scores, so the team can see week-over-week movement and confirm that resolved accounts have dropped off the risk list.

Put this on autopilot.
