Questions, answered

Does it only track electrical permits or other trade permits too?

It tracks any job in Service Fusion that has a permit or inspection date field set. You can scope it to electrical jobs only by filtering on job type when setting up the workflow.

What happens if a permit or inspection is completed and updated in Service Fusion?

WebRun reads the live job status each morning. Completed inspections or closed permits are removed from the alert automatically so the list stays clean.

Can it remind the customer that an inspection is coming?

That step requires a customer-facing communication, which WebRun handles as a draft rather than sending automatically. You can add a Gmail draft step to the workflow and approve customer notifications before they go out.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
