Speed up how fast bed requests get filled

Every morning, WebRun opens TeleTracking, pulls every bed request closed in the last 24 hours, calculates the turnaround time from request to ready for each, logs them to a Google Sheet by unit, and posts bed management a Slack summary naming which units are running slowest.

In short

How do I track and speed up bed request turnaround time automatically?

Each morning, WebRun pulls every bed request closed in TeleTracking during the last 24 hours, calculates its turnaround time from request to ready, and logs it to a Google Sheet by unit and shift. It posts bed management a Slack summary naming the slowest units, so turnaround problems get fixed at the unit level, not discovered a week later.

  • Slow units are named every morning instead of surfacing in a monthly report
  • Every bed request gets a logged turnaround time with no manual spreadsheet work
  • Rolling averages make a one off slow day easy to tell apart from a real trend

Questions, answered

Does it identify which staff member caused the delay?

No. It reports turnaround time by receiving unit and shift, not by individual staff, so it highlights where a process is slow without singling anyone out.

What counts as the turnaround time?

The time from when a bed request is placed in TeleTracking to when the bed is marked ready, calculated per request and rolled up into a daily and weekly average per unit.

Can I change what counts as slow?

Yes. You set the target turnaround time once, and WebRun flags any unit averaging above it in the morning Slack summary.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
