Keep your e-conomic voucher inbox from piling up
Every morning, WebRun signs in to e-conomic, counts the vouchers sitting unbooked or awaiting approval and the bank lines still unreconciled, works out how long each has waited, posts a clear-down list to your Slack finance channel, and escalates anything older than your limit into the Microsoft Teams management channel.

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it book or approve anything itself?
No. WebRun reads the voucher inbox and reports what is waiting. Booking, approving, and reconciling stay with the bookkeeper, so the ledger is only ever changed by a person.
Does it contact suppliers?
No. The lists go to your Slack and Teams channels only. Nothing is emailed or messaged to a supplier at any point in the run.
When does an item get escalated?
After ten days waiting by default, and you can set any limit. Escalated items appear in the Teams management channel with the amount and the person holding them.
