In short

How do I catch meal plan compliance problems before they become a crisis?

WebRun reviews every patient's meal plan completion in Sigmund Software each morning, logging the percentage, any refused meals, and a rolling 7 day trend to a tracking sheet. It then posts the dietary team a Slack alert naming anyone below target, tagged to their dietitian, so slipping compliance gets a human look before it becomes a crisis.

  • Dietitians see below target patients before the next treatment team meeting
  • Every patient's meal completion is logged automatically, no manual chart pulls
  • A 7 day trend flags slow slides in compliance, not just single bad days

Questions, answered

Does it decide on its own when to intervene with a patient?

No. WebRun only flags the pattern to the dietary team in Slack. Every clinical decision, including any conversation with the patient about their meal plan, stays with the dietitian and treatment team.

How is the compliance target set?

It uses whatever completion threshold your treatment team already sets in Sigmund Software, so the flag reflects your program's clinical standard rather than a generic number.

What happens to patients who are meeting their meal plan?

They simply don't appear in the Slack alert. The tracker sheet still logs their percentage each day, but only below-target patients get flagged for attention.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
