Keep menu prices consistent across your POS and online menu

Every morning, WebRun opens your Dutchie menu, reads the current price for every listed product, compares each price against the master price list in Google Sheets, logs every mismatch with the expected and actual values, and posts a discrepancy report to Slack so staff can correct pricing before customers encounter the wrong amount.

Any discrepancy is logged with the expected and actual values, and a correction report is posted to Slack so staff can fix pricing in Dutchie before customers see an incorrect amount.

  • Price mismatches are caught before customers see wrong amounts online
  • Staff have a prioritised correction list in Slack each morning
  • Promotional prices are excluded automatically during deal periods

Questions, answered

Will it update prices in Dutchie automatically?

No. WebRun only surfaces the discrepancies and posts them to Slack. All price corrections in Dutchie are made manually by authorised staff, ensuring no price changes go live without a human reviewing and approving them.

How does it match products between Dutchie and the master price list?

It matches on the SKU or product ID that your Dutchie catalogue and master Google Sheet share. If a product has no SKU, it falls back to name matching and flags any ambiguous matches for manual review.

What if a product is on a temporary deal and the lower price is intentional?

Add a deal column to your master price sheet and mark promotional prices with an end date. WebRun skips those rows during the check period and resumes flagging them after the deal expires.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
